Four pages, one company. Each city is written for the yards actually there. Appling and Richmond County stay limited: select Appling stops, and Richmond County only between gates one and two on Fort Gordon.

Grovetown is home base. Newer subdivisions along Lewiston Road and Harlem Grovetown Road often start with thin sod and a full-sun Bermuda lawn. Older in-town lots are smaller and already have beds. We estimate the yard you have, not a package written for somewhere else.

Evans
Evans yards are usually older than Grovetown’s and sit under mature pines. The problem is shade and beds, not a lack of mowing. Turf thins under the canopy, pine straw breaks down, and weeds take the open soil. We price Evans work around that, especially along Washington Road, Furys Ferry, and Stevens Creek.

Harlem
Harlem lots are more open than Evans. West of Grovetown, along US 221 and Harlem Grovetown Road, yards get full sun and Bermuda grows fast from May through August. Some properties sit on larger pieces toward Appling. We mow Harlem, and we take select Appling stops only when they fit a route.

Martinez
Martinez is an older Columbia County community between Evans and Augusta. Yards along Wheeler Road, Columbia Road, and Belair Road tend to have established shrubs, mixed shade, and turf that has been patched more than once. Mowing is only part of the visit. Shrubs and beds are why many Martinez estimates are higher than a new Grovetown sod yard.

Fire Ant Control
Treatment for fire ant mounds, which are a regular problem from Grovetown through Martinez.
Grub Control
Grub treatment when chewing damage shows up, usually later in the warm season.
Shrubs Mulch and Straw Installation
Pine straw or mulch installed in shrub beds. Straw is the usual material under Columbia County pines.
